O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.530 of 2013 dated 01.10.2013 on the file of the first respondent.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.530 of 2013, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sankagiri and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.17 of 2015. Subsequently, after trial, the petitioner was also acquitted from the charges.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.530 of 2013 and the case ended in acquittal, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
