ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to remove the fourth respondent from the post of President at Uthukadu Village.
2. When the matter is listed for hearing, no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that, the tenure of the Panchayat President is already over and hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
