CMP No.13071 of 2020 has been filed to bring the LRs of the deceased sole 1st appellant P.Dharmalingam on record.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the respective petitions, all the petitions are allowed.

Registryis directed to carry out necessary amendment.

Registry is directed to list the M.P.No.1 of 2015 for hearing on 10.04.2026.
