Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.A3/446213/2022, dated 25.05.2023 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and ultravires and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the post of Grade II Police Constable - AR pursuant to the notification issued by the 2nd respondent herein calling to fill up the post of Firemen/GR.II PC -AR/Jail Warder and GR.II PC - TSP recruitment for the year 2022, within a period that may 1/4
be stipulated by this Court.
