O R D E R

The grievances of the petitioner is that the representation dated 02.06.2014 sent by the petitioner was not considered by the first respondent. The representation dated 02.06.2014 reveals that the complaint is against a Clerk, who was facing a criminal charge in Crime No.278/2010.

2. This Court is of the considered opinion that whenever an allegation of pendency of a criminal case or a complaint is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filed by a person, the competent authorities are bound to verify the records and initiate appropriate action under the relevant Rules in force. More specifically, when complaints are filed against the public servants, undoubtedly, the authorities competent are bound to look into the complaint and conduct an enquiry and take a decision in accordance with law.

3. This being the procedures to be followed by the authorities competent, the respondents are directed to look into the complaint and take all necessary actions in the manner known to law.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
