O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for issue or Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner on 3.2.2020, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property and for laying the boundary stones.
2. Mr.Mani Gopi, learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 6 submitted that the 3rd respondent has already called the petitioner and the 7th respondent for an enquiry on 27.11.2020 at 10 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the 3rd respondent will conduct the enquiry and take a decision with regard to the survey of the property strictly in accordance with law. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 3rd respondent has already called the parties for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry and take a final decision strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
