Respondent PRAYER:- Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 07.03.2019, vide HRD No.5213/Appeals/PY 2018-19, from the files of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion to the post of General Manager from 16.05.2018 on which date 10 candidates were promoted as General Managers with all consequential service and monetary benefits within a time frame.
