O R D E R
Mrs.Latha Ramalingam, Wife of P.S.Venkatesan, the respondent herein, has come to this Court seeking an order for withdrawal of the H.M.O.P.No.3494 of 2018 filed by the respondent/husband under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai and to transfer the same to the file of the learned Family Judge, Cuddalore, on the ground that she has got two children who are also pursuing studies in Cuddalore.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Balamurugan, learned counsel for the respondent fairly conceding the prayer said that his client has no objection for transfer of HMOP No.3494 of 2018 from the file of the Family Court, Chennai to the Family Court, Cuddalore. However, he has requested this Court to direct the learned Family Court to give a quick disposal.
3.Agreeing to his request, the Transfer CMP is allowed. Consequently, HMOP No.3494 of 2018 pending on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai is withdrawn and the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
is transferred to the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore. The learned Family Court Judge, Cuddalore is directed to expedite their disposal on merits. No costs. Consequently, 14359 of 2019 is closed.
