2.The petitioner's application for obtaining a legal heir certificate is pending with the Tahsildar since 17.05.2023 and seeks a direction to the respondent to issue the same.

5.The respondent is now required to consider the application for issuance of legal heir certificate and hold an enquiry, if he considers it necessary and dispose of the same within a period of four (4) weeks from today. 6.This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
