Learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) appearing for the State submits that the offence of cheating by falsification of account is under investigation in Cr.No.303 of 2021 and on receipt of Auditor's report final report will be filed and seeks three months time to complete the investigation and file final report.

3. Recording the same, Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the investigation in Cr.No.303 of 2021 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
