2. The amendment relates to change in the authorized representative of the 2nd plaintiff and change in the name of the 1st defendant.

3. Heard Mr.K.S.V.Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr.A.Chidambaram, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

4. Mr.A.Chidambaram, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that he has no objection for this application being allowed.
