B.Sukumar v. The Official Lliquidator

This application has been filed to direct the Official Liquidator to hand over the original title documents to the applicants.
2. The undisputed fact is that the major portion of money has been paid by the applicants as per the Order passed by this Court dated 27.09.2018 in C.P.Nos.233 to 233 of 1999. It is also an admitted fact that the Official Liquidator has already filed a suit for recovery of money in O.S.No.258 of 2004 on the file of the Principal District Court, Chengalpet.
Now the above suit has also been transferred to this Court.
3. In view of the fact that the major portion of money has already been paid by the applicants, nothing survives in this petition.
4. Hence, the Official Liquidator is directed to get back the original documents filed in the suit and hand over the same to the applicants within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
5. This application is Ordered accordingly.
