Heard Mr.V.Prakash, learned Senior Counsel, assisted by Mr.K.Sudalaikannu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.V.P.Raman, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, Mr.D.Ravichandran, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and Mr.R.Prabhakaran, learned counsel for the third respondent. 2.The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, to direct the Respondents 1 & 2 to accord approval for her admission to MBBS Course 2013-2014 by the third Respondent College.

3.Admittedly, the third respondent College has no vested right to grant admission to the students for the academic year 2013-14, since, the said College did not have approval from the Medical Council of India. Even the admission granted to the petitioner was illegal. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks for direction upon the respondents 1 & 2, to grant admission in the third respondent College and consequently, grant approval to the said admission. Such a relief cannot be granted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
