Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, prayed to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to I.D.Nos.51 of 2011, 45 of 2011, 46 of 2011, 31 of 2011 and 27 of 2011 on the file of the II Additional Labour Court, Chennai and quash the impugned awards dated 06.12.2019 passed therein and further direct the respondent herein to reinstate the petitioners in service with continuity of service, full back wages and all other attendant benefits.

COMMON ORDER By consent of both the parties, these writ petitions are taken up for final disposal.
2. Pending these writ petitions, the dispute between the workmen and the management had been amicably settled through a settlement under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, on 29.09.2021. A Joint Memo dated 29.09.2021, evidencing such a settlement has been filed before this Court.
3. In view of the settlement arrived between the workmen and the management, the writ petition stands closed. The terms of the settlement under Section 18(1) of the Act, dated 29.09.2021, shall form part of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
