2. In paragraph 4 of the affidavit in support of this application, the applicant has stated that the dispute between the applicant and the respondents was settled after the order of attachment was issued. The application to raise the attachment is filed by the lender in such circumstances.

3. Since an order raising the attachment would enure to the benefit of the respondents, whose assets were attached, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. The lender, at whose behest, the order of attachment was issued, seeks to raise the attachment. Hence, this application is liable to be allowed.

4. For reasons set out above, this application is allowed as prayed for by raising the order of attachment dated 01.10.2020.
