Prayer: This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking grant of an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents from interfering with the petitioners' possession and enjoyment and usage of cart tract / pathway in S.F.No.149/2A to reach 149/2B lands in Kurumbalmahadevi Village, Paramaty-Velur Taluk, Namakkal District which is more fully described as schedule of property in OS.No.396 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Namakkal pending disposal of the Second Appeal. In this miscellaneous petition, this court by its order dated 02.09.2022, has granted interim injunction until further orders. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending without any interim order, till now.
