Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some typographical error has crept in paragraph No.3 and 4 of the order dated 30.01.2023 passed in C.R.P.Nos.2664 of 2014 and 120 of 2015. 3.

Considering the above submission, the paragraph No.3 and 4 of the order dated 30.01.2023 passed in C.R.P.Nos.2664 of 2014 and 120 of 2015. shall read as follows :- "3.

Therefore, the court below rightly dismissed the application and this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the court below. The trial court is directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.403 of 2009 on merits and in accordance with law without influence of the order passed in IA.No.1688 of 2005 in OS.No.5 of 2005 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, C.R.P.No.2664 of 2014 is disposed of.

5. In view of the order passed in CRP.No.2664 of 2014, the civil revision petition in CRP.No.120 of 2015 is also

disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs."

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the Order dated 30.01.2023 in CRP Nos.2664 of 2014 & 120 of 2015 and issue a fresh order copy.
