This application has been filed to raise the order of attachment dated 17.11.2014 made in Application No.3079 of 2014 attaching the immovable property morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

3. Accordingly, this Application is ordered as prayed for.

4. Further, the Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned Sub-Registrar and the concerned jurisdictional Court.
