(Crime No.330 of 2020) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to extend the time of 15 days for the petitioner to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Tirupathur and produce sureties as imposed by this Court vide order dated 29.06.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.No.9586 of 2020 in Crime No.330 of 2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9586 of 2020 dated 29.06.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
