This application has been filed seeking permission to file a xerox copy of the original Will dated 08.11.1993 in addition to the certified copy of the Will dated 08.11.1993 in the above O.P.No.115 of 2023 for marking the documents as Exhibit.

2. The xerox copy of the original Will dated 08.11.1993 in addition to the certified copy, may be taken on record. However, the petitioner must endeavor to issue subpoena to the Sub-Registrar, before whom the Will was registered, to bring the extract of the original register to speak about the registration of the Will. On these terms, this application is allowed.
