(Crime No.13 of 2020) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court vide order dated 30.09.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.15440 of 2020 " petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders,". ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15440 of 2020 dated 30.09.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders,

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15440 of 2020 dated 30.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month, until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
