The application in A.No.3189 of 2024 has been filed to amend the name of Yesudian as Jeasudiyan wherever it occurs in O.P.No.698 of 2008 and consequently, the initial of the first petitioner may be amended as J instead of Y and for the second petitioner to amend the name as J.B.George instead of Y George and for the fifth petitioner to amend the name as Sisily alias Sisily Kamalarani instead of Sisily; to amend the address of the petitioners 2,3,4 and 5 as mentioned in this application. A.No.3190 of 2024 has been filed to extent the time to execute bond as per execution granted by order dated 09.05.2024 in A.No.2538 of 2024 for letters of administration of the Will in the above Original Petition ordered on 29.10.2009.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in A.No.3189 of 2024, the same is allowed and the amendment of the names and address is permitted. The learned counsel for the petitioners may carry out the necessary amendment in the original petition and the Registry is directed to carryout the amendment in the order dated 29.10.2009 and recall the letters of administration already issued and make necessary amendment in the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. In A.No.3190 of 2024, the petitioner seeks extension of time to execute the bond.
