The petitioner is stated to be the deserted woman. It is the case of the petitioner that she has been paid the financial assistance from 18.9.2002. However, from November, 2013 onwards, the same has been abruptly stopped. Therefore, the petitioner made representation dated 6.8.2015 to the respondent do the needful. Seeking to dispose of the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
3. Considering the pendency of the representation dated 6.8.2015 made by the petitioner before the respondent, the respondent is hereby directed to pass appropriate orders on the said representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
