Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 1st Respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.13847/2010/LA2 dated 30.12.2010 and the consequential proceedings of the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.751/2007/MLPA dated 21.01.2011 in respect of the layout of lands comprised in Survey No.32/1, 32/3, 32/2, 33/1, and 34/2 of an extent of 22.20 acres in Karungulipallam Village, Alathur Panchayat limits, Tiruporur Panchayat Union, Chingleput Taluk, Kacheepuram District and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents herein to restore the approval of the Layout No.141/2007.
