ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of removal from service dated 20.07.2013 in proceedings No.LVB/10209.03/CGS(E)13/244/2013-2014 passed by the respondent bank as against the petitioner.

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for respondents by relying upon the order dated 14.03.2024 in WP No.7779 of 2017 etc., batch, submitted that the writ petition filed challenging the orders of termination as against the respondent bank is not maintainable.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate forum challenging the order of removal from service passed as against him.

The permission as sought for by the petitioner is granted. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order before the appropriate forum. It is needless to state that if any such application is made, the same shall be considered on its own merits by taking note of the period spent before this Court in pursuing the writ petition. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
