At the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is listed today under the caption for "being mentioned". The 4th paragraph of the order dated 02.08.2022 reads as follow;

"4.In such view of the matter, the condition of the trial Court is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner on his executing a bond for Rs.3 lakhs or any documents to the value of Rs.3 lakhs also be accepted by the trial Court (being the approximate value of the vehicle after depreciation calculated from 2006) along with one surety for likesum to the satisfaction of the Court."

2.The Registry is directed to carryout the above said correction in the order and issue a fresh order copy to the petitioner.
