This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to permit him to amend the prayer in W.P.No.2739 of 2021 as follows: "It is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction or any other writ in the nature of WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records pertaining to order of the 1st respondent dated 31.08.2020 and the consequential order in ref.C.No.73/AC/Kil/Camp/Proc/2021, dated 31.12.2021 and the consequential order in ref.C.No.140/AC/Kil/Camp/Proc/2022 dated 31.12.2022 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet and pass such further or other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem to fit and proper and thus, render justice."

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no objection to this petition being allowed.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also, no objection expressed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. 07.09.2023 mrr Note: Registry is directed to list the main writ petition after carrying out the necessary amendment in the cause title of W.P.No.2739 of 2021. 2/3
