Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition came to be numbered under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by way of transfer of O.A.No.987 of 2003 from the file of Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal with a prayer to call for the records of the second respondent relating to the order bearing Na.Ka. No.204/2002/A1 dated 28.02.2003 and quash the same and direct the respondents to pay the entire pensionary benefits, gratuity, DCRG etc. to the applicant.
