This petition is filed under Section 378 (4) Cr.P.C, to grant leave to prosecute the above appeal against the order of acquittal dated 10.03.2023 made in S.T.C.No.2427/2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court, Tiruppur.
2. Heard Ms.R.Meenakshi Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though the accused admitted his signature on the cheque, the trial Court acquitted the accused mainly on the ground that the complainant did not prove the amount lent to the accused.
