W.M.P.No.18334 of 2024 in W.P.No.16695 of 2024 M.SUNDAR, J., and HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J.,) This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity].

2. Captioned WMP has been filed with prayer to dispense with production of 'original copy of the impugned order dated 24.11.2023 in G.O.No.569' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

3. Mr.M.Baskar, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, is before this Court.

4. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the original impugned order is not readily available with the petitioner. However, a photocopy of the impugned order was filed along with the typed set of papers. 5. Taking into account the fact that the authenticity of the impugned order is not subjected to contestation or disputation, we are considering the dispense with prayer.
