The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 of I.P.C in Crime No.66 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with others involved in money laundering from the de-facto complainant. The petitioner originally is an accused in Khadak police station Crime No.1209 of 2020 in Maharashtra, Pune. The petitioner was arrested and got bail in the above crime number. In fact, the co-accused one Karthik was involved in all crime number and named as an accused and based on him the petitioner was impleaded in this case. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 1/4

4.Heard the learned counsel for the intervener and he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail and he prayed for dismissal of the petition.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that neither the accused secured nor money is paid back. There is six previous case is pending against the petitioner. The case is at preliminary stage of investigation. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) and perused the materials available on record.

7.Considering the nature and gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and the case is at preliminary stage of the investigation. There is six previous case in similar nature is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
