PRAYER in W.P.No.17315/2018: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of mandamus to direct the respondent herein to forthwith sanction petitioner regular pension, family pension, DCRG and other retirement benefits with effect from 30.11.2017 in the post of Deputy Registrar.

PRAYER in W.P.No.17316/2018: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of mandamus to direct the respondent University to forthwith grant the petitioner of her pension and retirement pensionary benefits i.e. gratuity, commutation of pension, encashment of leave salary etc. due to her in the post of Deputy Registrar from the date of her retirement viz. 31.01.2018. PRAYER in W.P.No.17317/2018: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of mandamus to direct the respondent herein to forthwith sanction petitioner regular pension, family pension, DCRG and other retirement benefits with effect from 30.10.2017 in the post of Assistant Librarian.

ORDER

During the pendency of these writ petitions it appears that the respondent had already passed orders by reverting these petitioners to lower posts and by reversing their terminal benefits including pension. The said orders have been challenged by these petitioners by way of filing fresh writ petitions and in view of the same the prayer sought in these writ petitions have become infructuous.

2. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
