Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to cancel the pattas which were allotted to the 72 persons situated at Jangamaiyanur Village, Chenganoor Post, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District and to identify the real beneficiaries and thereafter issue the patta in view of the representation dated 14.12.2015 and issue the patta in favour of the petitioner.

Alleging that a fraud has been committed in the allotment made to the land situated in Jangamaiyanur Village, Chenganoor Post, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District, the petitioner made a complaint. Seeking appropriate direction on the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

appropriate orders on the said representation dated 14.12.2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
