The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 126, 64(2)(m), 351(2), 89 of BNS Act in Crime No.19 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has already been arrested.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
