JUDGMENT
Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs submits that the dispute has been resolved between the parties and seeks permission to withdraw the suit. Learned counsel has filed a memo of withdrawal dated 14.06.2016 and made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the memo of withdrawal filed by the learned counsel for the plaintiffs and the endorsement made by him, the civil suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected applications are closed.
