ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2022 and dispose it in accordance with law. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

On perusal of the representation submitted by the petitioner revealed that the petitioner sought for activation of his DIN number, which was deactivated by the second respondent relating to the disqualification order dated 07.04.2017. Without even challenging the disqualification order, the petitioner cannot seek for activation of his DIN number. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered and the writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
