This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with crime No. 316 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused persons with the possession of 2100 Nitravit tablets and 251 grams of Tydel tablets. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the contraband seized from the accused person is commercial quantity. Hence, he raised objection to grant bail.

5. Considering the fact that the contraband seized from the accused persons is commercial quantity and also investigation is not yet completed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
