O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to file a Final Report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor by relying upon the Status Report filed by the respondent Police submitted that the accused persons had obtained Anticipatory Bail from the Principal Sessions Court, Tiruvallur, by an order dated 17.06.2020. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the respondent Police has completed the investigation and a Final Report has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Tiruvallur on 29.12.2020 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the case and also of the fact that the Final Report has been filed before the Court below, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No II, Tiruvallur, to act upon the Final Report filed by the respondent Police within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order. 4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
