Crl.O.P.No.16060of 2021 M.DHANDAPANI, J., The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii) B of NDPS Act in Crime No.412 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other person were found illegal possession of ganja weighing around 3 kilograms. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that she has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and she has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the the petitioner along with the other person were found illegal possession of ganja weighing around 3 kilograms. He further submits that the 1/3

petitioner is a habitual offender and she is having several previous cases and an history sheet H.S.No.5 of 2018 similar in nature. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there is a commercial quantity and considering the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 08.09.2021 Sma 2/3
