This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4789 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No. 718 of 2023 on 05.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
