PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner for cultivation of the land in S.No.30/2D having an extent of 2.90 acres, situated at Krishnapuram Village, Coimbatore Taluk and District of on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2021. For Petitioner : Mr. P.Sathiyamurthy.

For Respondents : Mr.A.Damodharan, Government Advocate(Crl.side) For R1 & R2.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to provide police protection to the petition for cultivating his land.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that since one Mookambigai and her husband Nadakumar were attempted to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner's property illegally, she sent a representation to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents on 13.08.2021. But, till date no action has been taken. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that on receipt of the representation dated 13.08.2021, the respondent police visited the address given in the representation and found that the petitioner is not available in the said address.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent police along with the copy of the representation, dated 13.08.2021 and materials available with her. Thereafter, the respondent police to act in accordance with Law.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
