Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.11.2014 and give a job to the petitioner in the IGCAR (Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research).

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he comes from down trodden community and he is a poor farmer. The third respondent acquired the land of the petitioner for establishing atomic power centre and he was classified as a land looser. As per the scheme introduced by the first respondent, the petitioner is entitled for an appointment. The petitioner was called to attend the interview held on 25.07.2003 and as per the order of the first respondent dated 03.08.2015, he was called upon to furnish the relevant documents and the same was complied with by him.
3. According to the petitioner, in the same village, the respondents have considered various land losers and provided appointments but in the case of the petitioner, the respondents have not issued any appointment order so far. Hence, he sent a representation dated 03.11.2014 seeking appointment. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Heard Mr.N.Selvaraju, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Ms.S.Meenakumari, learned Central Government Standing Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 3 & 4.

This Court, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 03.11.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
