O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to re-investigate the case in Crime No.16 of 2009 pending on the file of the fourth respondent, and to file a status report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.16 of 2009 was completed and final report has been filed in C.C.No.180 of 2013 before the Judicial Magistrate, Paramathi Velur Taluk, Namakkal District, against one Saraswathi, Vijaya and Swaminathan.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 19.09.2016 ds
