Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the Respondent for issuing the Masters Degree Certificate in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation [MD(PMR)] to the Petitioners for successfully passing the examination to the same course conducted by the Respondent in October 2012.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to issue Master's Degree Certificate in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation [MD (PMR)] to the Petitioners for having successfully passed the examination conducted by the Respondent in October 2012. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that though the petitioners having successfully passed the examination held in October 2012 and having obtained the provisional certificate for Doctor of Medicine [MD(PMR)] in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, were not issued with the Master's Degree Certificate.
Hence, they submitted a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
representation dated 17.11.2015 to the respondent and till date, the same has not been considered.
3.Heard the learned standing counsel for the respondent. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 17.11.2015 and pass appropriate orders with regard to issuance of degree certificate in MD(PMR) on merits. Such exercise shall be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
