[This case has been heard through Video Conference] The petitioner apprehending arrest in execution of Non Bailable Warrant dated 06.06.2018 issued in NACT No.17599 of 2017, which was taken cognizance by the learned 42nd Judicial Magistrate (First Class), Gurugram District, Haryana State, for offence punishable under Section 138 of The Negotiable Instruments Act on a private complaint filed by the 2nd respondent herein, the petitioner has come forward with this original petition seeking interstate anticipatory bail.
