O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking mandamus to direct the respondent nos.1 and 2 to conduct an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner on 03.09.2018 and pass orders within specified time frame.

2. According to the petitioner, large scale of corruption and misappropriation of scheme fund in the 3rd respondent office is going on for several years and when the matter was brought to the notice of the higher authorities, it has not been considered and no enquiry was conducted. At last on 03.09.2018, when a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

detailed complaint was lodged before the District Collector/1st respondent, enquiry notice was issued and though some progress was made in the enquiry, till date they have not completed the enquiry. Hence, the petitioner is supposed to file the present writ petition.

3. After notice, when the matter is taken up today, the Government Advocate submits that the enquiry has been completed and the Assistant Director, Panchayat has submitted the enquiry report. If it is so, the petitioner should be given a copy of this enquiry report. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the findings, he can resort to remedy available under law.

4. With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
