The matter has been placed before this court seeking extension of time for a further period of 2 months to dispose of the cases in C.P.41/2010 to 62/2010 C.P.1/2012, C.P.6/2012, C.P.9/2012, C.P.30/2012 to 35/2012, CP.37/2012 to C.P.45/2012 pending on the file of Labour Court, Salem.

2. As requested by the learned Presiding Officer (FAC), Labour Court, Salem, two months time is granted to Labour Court, Salem, and that Labour Court, Salem, is expected to decide the matter on day to day basis without adjourning the matter beyond seven working days at any point of time and to proceed to dispose of the matter pending before the said forum.
