Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to furnish copies of the documents mentioned in Annexure -III to the charge memo issued to the petitioner in Memo No.98569/A2/2014 dated 29.01.2015 within a reasonable time.

The petitioner is facing disciplinary proceedings initiated by the respondent pursuant to charge memo dated 29.01.2015. According to the petitioner, she has not been provided the documents relied on by the respondent in the charge memo. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 04.02.2015 requesting the respondent to furnish the documents. Since there was no follow up action taken by the respondent, the petitioner is before this Court.
2. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 04.02.2015 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that in case the respondent is placing reliance on documents, all such documents should be given to the petitioner.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
