O R D E R

Based upon their possession over the property situated in Survey No.415/1 to 415/14, Mallikundam Post, Mettur Taluk, Salem District, the petitioners sought before the respondents for issuance of patta in their name to an extent of 3 cents of land for each of them by submitting a representation dated 24.06.2015. On non-consideration of the said representation, the petitioners have come forward with the present writ petition before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the pendency of the representation dated 24.6.2015 made by the petitioners before the respondents, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
