This petition has been filed to relax the condition to appear before the respondent Police on every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further order in Crl.O.P.No.7699 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
